Our programs are varied and diverse. Our OST - Out of school time program offerings include traditional academics which are the central focus, and we provide children with a well-rounded experience that also includes art, music, social-economics, technology, digital media, community exploration and recreation.
Bridging the Gap Teachers, Counselors and Community Alliances make ours a rewarding learning experience.
During school we offer mentoring for middle school males through JCPS partners through a national initiative called the A-TEAAM which stands for Ambassadors of the Evers Academy for African-American Males which was started as a result of the civil rights advocacy of Medgar Evers.
The A-TEAAM Louisville is sponsored by the Myrlie Everes Foundation and the Juanita Sims Doty Foundation of Jackson, Mississippi. It is currently in the West End School on Virginia Avenue in Louisville.
We also participate as a community partner offering after -school homework assistance for students in JCPS elementary schools.
